Disputes, cancellations, or refunds must be handled directly between travelers and hotels.
Users must submit only accurate and truthful information.
Any misuse of the platform (e.g. fake listings, spam, or abuse) may result in account suspension or termination.
HotelOnCall.com does not facilitate online bookings or collect payments.
All payments and negotiations occur directly between travelers and hotels.
