HotelOnCall.com provides a digital service by allowing hotels, resorts, and homestays to list their property details on our platform for public visibility and direct booking inquiries. We do not offer physical products or downloadable content.
A listing fee of ₹2000 + 18% GST is charged per property per year to keep your listing active on HotelOnCall.com.
Refunds may be considered only under the following condition:
The hotel owner is genuinely dissatisfied with our service, and
A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of making the payment.
